As a health care professional you lead a busy life and many people depend on you for their care. But, who is caring for you? In the 7 Steps 2 a Balanced Life Program we will create an environment in which you get to take care of you, become more focused on what you want from life, spend your time doing what you find rewarding, and get rid of all the "stuff" in your life that is weighing you down. You can have joy, balance, energy, and harmony in your life! Why settle for less?
  • Scheduled call in days for laser coaching - 20-30 minutes - where you can address any issue you need at that time

  • Weekly Web worksheet to journal, reflect upon, and accelerate your progress

  • Membership in the "Balance Beam" gym, which entitles you to unlimited email access to your coach

  • Quarterly workshops - on the phone or in person - detailing one or two of the seven steps

  • "Balance Beam" conference calls

While I am skilled at facilitating the process by which you can attain balance in your life, it must come from you. Here are some guidelines to help you get the most out of the program:
  • Be open to new approaches. Keep an open mind as the coaching progresses. Change is never easy and it is difficult at times to change old habits. You do have the power to make a difference.

  • Use the Balance Beam gym. If you don't contact me, I won't chase you and there won't be a refund. It's up to you to take advantage of the services and the workshops I offer.

  • Use the materials. It is hard to break old habits, even if you realize they're no longer working for you. Putting the tools into practice is the only way to integrate the 7 Steps program into everything you do.

I recommend a year long commitment to the 7 Steps 2 a Balanced Life Program to realize the balance you so desire. You did not get to this spot in your life overnight. Some clients will stay longer; others stay for a shorter time. It is up to you, you are at the helm.
